Our Story
A small, family own, specialty coffee shop and roastery
Amali grew out of Elisha's passion for specialty coffee and his vision to create a welcoming space where great coffee brings people together.
We found the perfect home for this vision in Kiryat Tivon, a welcoming town in northern Israel where we immediately felt right at home.
The name Amali holds a special meaning for us: it is named after our firstborn daughter, Amalia, pays homage to the local heritage of Kiryat Amal, and reflects the Arabic word Amal (أمل), meaning Hope.

We select each origin to reflect this belief, sourcing the finest coffee beans directly from farms around the world.
Our roasting process is direct and artisanal, focusing on bean quality and the craft of roasting.
To bring out the best in every batch, we roast using the innovative, electric Stronghold S8X, giving us total precision while staying true to our commitment to sustainability.
